Baseball gamblers and fans alike are in for a treat this evening. Zack Greinke will try to cool the Rockies’ blazing hot bats at Chase Field. The Braves have won 10 of their last 12 and will square off against the disappointing Mets. If the weather cooperates, tonight’s slate of games should prove quite profitable for those with skin in the game.

Detroit Tigers at Pittsburgh Pirates (O/U 8)

Team Moneyline Odds
Detroit Tigers +108
Pittsburgh Pirates -122

Jordan Zimmermann has not regained his form from several years ago when he posted 19 wins and had an ERA below three. Zimmermann has not registered a win in the 2019 campaign. However, the Tigers will face a weak Pirates lineup in what will likely be a close game. Trevor Williams pitches for the Buccos. Williams has decent numbers yet the Pirates’ batters have not provided him much run support in his last couple outings. Complicating matters is the fact that Williams has not pitched since mid-May. Williams will be lucky to make it through five frames. However, both of these lineups will likely struggle to score runs.

Pick: Under 8

Los Angeles Angels at Toronto Blue Jays (O/U 10)

Team Moneyline Odds
Los Angeles Angels -155
Toronto Blue Jays +135

The underwhelming Angels have bounced back after a rough first third of the year. The Halos have won 7 of their last 10. The Angels will send Andrew Heaney to the mound against the Jays’ young bats. Though Toronto has been terrible this season, their up-and-coming batters deserve gamblers’ respect. Aaron Sanchez allowed four earned runs across a mere four frames in his last matchup with the Angels. Sanchez only made it through three frames in his last start, surrendering two long balls and three walks to the Astros.

Pick: Over 10

New York Mets at Atlanta Braves (O/U 9.5)

Team Moneyline Odds
New York Mets +145
Atlanta Braves -165

Sugarhouse has the Braves as fairly hefty favorites against a disappointing Mets squad. Steven Matz will take the Mound for New York. Matz has allowed five earned runs in his last 12 innings pitched. The lefty whiffed 16 batters in his last two outings. Max Fried’s numbers are not exactly impressive: a 4.11 ERA, a 1.33 WHIP and 70 strikeouts across 76.2 innings.

Pick: Over 9.5

Colorado Rockies at Arizona Diamondbacks (O/U 9)

Team Moneyline Odds
Colorado Rockies +125
Arizona Diamondbacks -143

Sugarhouse has the hard-hitting Rockies as slight underdogs against the Diamondbacks’ Zack Greinke. Greinke has faced the “Rawks” twice this season, allowing a total of four earned runs across 12 frames. Greinke has not surrendered an earned run in either of his last two starts. However, those starts were against the Nats and Jays. The Rockies’ Jon Gray threw 12 pitches in his last trip to the mound, a relief appearance in a 14-13 loss against the Padres last Sunday. The Oklahoma grad has a 4.38 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP across 84 innings this season.

Pick: Diamondbacks Moneyline -143
