Baseball gamblers, rejoice! We have a seemingly endless number of games to choose from tonight. The Astros visit Seattle as a gigantic favorite. FanDuel also has the Indians listed as massive favorites against the lowly White Sox. Without further adieu, here is an in-depth look at the best baseball bets for the evening.

Cleveland Indians at Chicago White Sox O/U 9.5

Team Moneyline
Cleveland Indians -300
Chicago White Sox +250

Indians pitcher Shane Bieber is 15-7 with a 3.23 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP. The fact that Chicago has not seen Bieber’s stuff in months bodes well for the righty from Orange, CA. White Sox pitcher Ross Detwiler has some of the worst statistics in baseball: an ERA just under seven, a 1.72 WHIP and a pathetic 42 Ks across nearly 60 frames of action. The Indians knocked out Bieber after 2.2 innings the last time they faced him. FanDuel is justified in listing Bieber as a gigantic favorite.

Pick: Indians run line -1.5 -194

Atlanta Braves at Kansas City Royals O/U 9.5

Team Moneyline
Atlanta Braves -205
Kansas City Royals +160

The Braves and Royals are headed in opposite directions yet that does not mean the Royals cannot emerge victorious in tonight’s matchup. Royals pitcher Mike Montgomery allowed three long balls and five earned runs in his last outing. Montgomery has terrible numbers on the year: a 5.00 ERA, a 1.61 WHIP and 65 strikeouts across 86.1 innings. Braves pitcher Mike Soroka has a 2.60 ERA, a 1.09 WHIP and has allowed a total of two earned runs across his past two starts. The fact that this is a home game for Kansas City against a Braves team that is hitting the cover off the baseball bodes well for those who take the over.

Pick: Over 9

Oakland A’s at Los Angeles Angels O/U 9

Team Moneyline
Oakland A’s -160
Los Angeles Angels +130

Take a look at these two teams’ payrolls, compare those figures to each squad’s position in the standings and you will be shocked. The A’s are making lemonade out of lemons while the Angels have a barrel full of lemons yet seemingly cannot do anything with them. Andrew Heaney is spiraling out of control. Heaney has allowed six earned runs in each of his last two outings. The A’s should have no trouble putting up runs against Heaney this evening. Frankie Montas will be on the mound for the A’s. Montas is on a roll, having allowed a combined total of seven earned runs across his past four starts.

Pick: A’s moneyline -160

Houston Astros at Seattle Mariners O/U 9

Team Moneyline
Houston Astros -340
Seattle Mariners +280

The Mariners and Astros are complete opposites. The Mariners have been struggling for years while the Astros are nearing a half-decade of consistently superb play. This trend is likely to continue tonight as Zack Greinke will take the mound for the Astros. Greinke has a 3.05 ERA yet he allowed four earned runs in his last outing. Seattle has not seen Greinke’s stuff as he previously pitched in the National League and has not started against the Mariners since being dealt to the American League. In other words, Seattle batters are likely to struggle against Greinke due to unfamiliarity. Yusei Kikuchi allowed a single earned run across five frames the last time he faced the Astros. However, Kikuchi allowed half a dozen earned runs in four innings in his prior outing against Houston. Kikuchi rarely pitches beyond the fifth inning. Add in the fact that Kikuchi is a lefty and it is easy to understand why FanDuel expects the Astros’ right-handed batters to rake tonight.

Pick: Astros run line -1.5 -210
